Refund & Credit Policies

  • Refunds and future credits are subject to airline fare rules and policies.
  • Most airline tickets are non-refundable unless fare rules allow otherwise.
  • Refunds are applicable only if:
    • The request is accepted
    • The booking is not marked as “no-show”
    • Required waivers are obtained from the airline/supplier
  • Most “no-show” bookings are not eligible for refunds.

Service Fee Policy

  • Service (booking) fees are non-refundable and may change without prior notice.
  • Fees are in addition to any airline or supplier-imposed charges.
  • Government-imposed taxes and fees are subject to change.
  • You will only be charged the final total amount displayed at the time of payment.

Special Services & Requests
