By using this Site—whether browsing, booking online, or contacting our call center—you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern all bookings and services provided via Myflightsreserve.com. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site or making bookings.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately upon posting, and continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. All references to Myflightsreserve.com also apply to our affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, and partners.

General Disclaimer

Myflightsreserve.com acts only as an intermediary and does not directly provide travel services. We facilitate bookings with third-party providers (“Travel Suppliers”), including:

  • Airlines
  • Hotels
  • Cruise lines
  • Railways
  • Car rentals
  • Tour operators
  • Travel assistance providers
  • Insurance providers
  • Activity suppliers

Services provided by these suppliers—flights, hotels, transport, etc.—are called Service Elements. Prices shown on our Site are negotiated between Myflightsreserve.com and Travel Suppliers and may include service fees and applicable taxes.

By booking through the Site, you authorize Myflightsreserve.com to reserve services on your behalf.

Myflightsreserve.com is not responsible for:

  • Errors on the Site
  • Supplier service failures
  • Schedule changes or cancellations by suppliers
  • Supplier insolvency

If a supplier fails to deliver a service, your primary recourse is through the supplier, applicable insurance, or other responsible parties. Myflightsreserve.com is only liable for losses directly caused by our own actions.

Currency exchange rates may fluctuate. Prices in local currency are approximate. Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to supplier cancellation fees.

Price Drop Assurance – Terms & Conditions

Price Drop Assurance is an optional service that monitors your flight for potential savings within 24 hours of booking.

If a lower price is found, Myflightsreserve.com may rebook the same itinerary. Savings are issued as an Myflightsreserve gift card, with a portion retained as a rebooking service fee.

Important Notes:

  • Savings are not guaranteed
  • Rebooking occurs only for meaningful savings (typically $30+)
  • Not all flights or airlines qualify
  • A new ticket confirmation will be issued after rebooking

Avoid purchasing airline add-ons (seat selection, baggage) until the 24-hour monitoring period ends.

Limitation of Liability

All services and information on this Site are provided “as is.” Myflightsreserve.com makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or completeness of information
  • Timeliness of services
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or business
  • Data loss
  • Personal injury or travel disruption
  • Incidental or consequential damages

Total liability, if any, will not exceed the booking amount. Legal claims must be filed within 180 days of the event.

Waiver

By using the Site, you waive claims against Myflightsreserve.com and its affiliates, including employees, officers, directors, agents, and contractors.

Myflightsreserve.com is not responsible for:

  • Injuries or losses caused by Travel Suppliers
  • Travel delays, missed connections, or cancellations
  • Airline schedule changes

Disputes that cannot be resolved directly are governed by the laws of New York State, USA. Claims must be filed within two years from the event (except New Jersey residents).

Waiver of Jury Trial & Class Actions

By accepting these Terms:

  • You waive the right to a jury trial
  • Disputes must be handled individually, not as class actions

Arbitration

Unresolved disputes will be handled via binding arbitration (American Arbitration Association, AAA):

  • Customer filing fee: $200
  • Remaining costs covered by Myflightsreserve.com
  • Hearings may be online, by phone, written submission, or in person
  • Arbitrators may award damages equivalent to court rulings (excluding punitive damages)

Eligible disputes may also be brought to small claims court.

Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Use automated tools to access data
  • Copy or distribute content without permission
  • Attempt unauthorized system access
  • Introduce malware or viruses
  • Launch cyberattacks

Violation may result in termination of Site access.

Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices generally include taxes and fees. Additional charges may apply (baggage, seat selection, fuel surcharges, hotel incidentals, rental equipment). These are payable directly to the Travel Supplier.

Full payment is required at booking via valid credit/debit card. Most major cards are accepted.

Changes to Bookings

Booking modifications are subject to supplier fare rules. Many bookings cannot be changed after confirmation. Myflightsreserve.com is not responsible for supplier schedule changes or modification requests.

Cancellations & Refunds

Most bookings are non-refundable after 24 hours. Refunds depend on supplier policies and approval and may take 60–90 days. Myflightsreserve.com service fees are non-refundable.

Credit Card Payments

Bookings confirm only after payment processing and ticket issuance. Temporary holds may appear on your card. We may verify transactions and report suspected fraud.

Seats, Meals & Special Requests

Airline seat assignments, meals, and special requests are not guaranteed. Service fees are non-refundable.

Baggage Policy

Airlines may charge for baggage; fees vary by airline and bag weight. Travelers must pay directly to the airline.

Overbooking

Airlines may overbook. Compensation follows the airline’s contract of carriage.

Unaccompanied Minors

Policies vary by airline, including age requirements, direct flights, and additional fees. Confirm policies with the airline.

Visa & Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for visas and travel documents. Myflightsreserve.com is not liable if entry is denied.

Itinerary Verification

Check booking details upon receipt. Report errors within 4 hours; otherwise, details are assumed accepted.

The Site may link to external websites. Myflightsreserve.com does not control or endorse them and is not responsible for their content or policies.
