When you book with myflightsreserve.com, we want you to feel confident that you’ve secured the best available deal.
If you find a lower price (including all taxes and fees) for the same flight itinerary on a Major OTA Competitor’s website within twenty-four (24) hours of completing your booking, we will honor our Price Match Promise (PMP) by refunding the difference.
Alternatively, if you prefer, we can cancel your booking and provide a full refund.

What does “the same itinerary” mean?
“The same itinerary” means all details must match exactly, including:
- Airline(s)
- Flight number(s)
- Travel dates
- Route/itinerary
- Number of passengers
- Seat type
What does “offered and available for booking” mean?
The lower fare must be:
- Currently live on a Major OTA Competitor’s website
- Available for booking by the general public at the time you contact us
- Verifiable by our customer service team
Who qualifies as a “Major OTA Competitor”?
For purposes of the PMP, Major OTA Competitors include the U.S. English-language websites of:
- Expedia.com
- Orbitz.com
- Priceline.com
- Travelocity.com
How do I request a Price Match?
To submit a PMP claim, please call us at 1-323-672-3656 and provide:
- Your myflightsreserve.com booking number
- Full details of the lower-priced itinerary (airline(s), flight(s), dates, route, number of passengers, seat type)
- Supporting documentation such as:
- The exact URL
- Screenshots confirming the lower fare
Our team must be able to verify the lower price based on the information provided. Claims that cannot be reasonably verified or that include incomplete information may be denied.
Once eligibility is confirmed, you may choose to:
- Keep your booking and receive a refund for the price difference, or
- Cancel your booking for a full refund.
Exceptions to the PMP
The Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- Membership-only fares
- Corporate or negotiated discounts
- Group, charter, rewards, incentive, meeting, convention, or consolidator fares
- Coupon-only or restricted promotional fares
- Military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package, or “Web Only” fares
- Opaque tickets (where airline details are revealed after purchase)
- Bidding or auction-based fares
- Fare error pricing
