Cancellation & Refund Terms

  • Eligibility for cancellations and refunds depends entirely on the fare rules, booking conditions, and policies of the airline or travel supplier.

  • If your booking qualifies under an airline's 24-hour cancellation policy, you may be eligible for a refund or cancellation without penalty, subject to the airline's applicable terms.

  • Cancellation fees, fare differences, administrative charges, and any applicable penalties are determined solely by the airline or service provider.

  • Depending on the supplier's policy, approved refunds may be issued to the original payment method or provided as travel credits, vouchers, or future travel funds.

  • Travel credits and vouchers are subject to the issuing supplier's terms, validity period, and redemption conditions.

  • Upon receiving your cancellation request, our team will promptly forward it to the relevant airline or travel supplier and provide confirmation that your request has been submitted.

  • Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval of a refund, travel credit, or booking modification.

  • Unless otherwise stated, our booking assistance and service fees are non-refundable, as they cover services already performed on your behalf.

  • Refund processing times vary by airline or travel supplier and generally take 30 days, although some providers may require additional processing time.

  • Once the supplier approves and releases a refund, it will be processed according to their refund policy and credited through the original payment method or another approved method.

  • If a refund request is denied by the airline or travel supplier, we cannot issue a refund unless permitted under the applicable fare rules or supplier policies.

  • The final refundable amount, if any, may be reduced by cancellation penalties, non-refundable fare components, taxes, supplier fees, and applicable service charges.

  • While we will make every reasonable effort to assist you throughout the cancellation and refund process, all decisions regarding eligibility, approval, refund amount, processing time, and payment method remain solely with the airline or travel supplier.
